1. Product Introduction
Reactive self-adhesive rubber waterproof membranes are made of polymer resin and asphalt as the base material, with polyethylene film and aluminum foil as the surface materials, utilizing a release isolation layer for self-adhesive waterproof membranes. The product comes in two types: polyester base and non-base. It features strong adhesion and self-healing properties, suitable for construction in high and low temperature environments. It is divided into base self-adhesive and non-base self-adhesive types. The base self-adhesive consists of upper and lower self-adhesive glue sandwiched with a base layer, with the upper surface being a polyethylene film and the lower surface a removable silicone oil film. The non-base self-adhesive is composed of self-adhesive glue, an upper polyethylene film, and a lower silicone oil film, strictly adhering to GB/T23457-2009 national standards.
2. Product Features
1. No adhesive is needed, and there is no need for heating to melt; simply tear off the isolation layer to securely bond to the substrate. It is convenient and extremely fast for construction.
2. It has the elasticity and elongation of rubber, which allows it to adapt well to substrate deformation and cracking.
3. It has excellent adhesion to the substrate, with adhesive strength often exceeding its shear strength (failure occurs outside the adhesive surface), ensuring tight and reliable overlaps without gaps.
4. The distinctive "self-healing function" allows it to autonomously heal small punctures. When punctured or when hard objects embed, it will automatically integrate with these objects, maintaining good waterproof performance.

4. Precautions
1. Do not use non-exposed type membranes in exposed environments.
2. Do not install self-adhesive membranes on frozen substrates.
3. Do not construct on contaminated substrates or those with high moisture content.
4. The packaging and isolation paper of self-adhesive membranes should only be removed before and during installation.
5. If sealant is not fully used, promptly tighten and seal the container.
6. Do not use supporting materials from other manufacturers without verification on this product.
