1. Product Overview
RAM-H/E Fast Reaction Adhesive High Polymer Pre-applied/Wet-applied Self-adhesive Membrane is based on high polymer homogeneous sheet as the main material, coated with self-adhesive adhesive on the surface, suitable for waterproof membranes bonded to cast-in-place concrete or cement mortar mixtures.
The self-adhesive layer of the membrane has self-healing capabilities. After reacting and solidifying with liquid concrete slurry, it forms a seamless bond between the waterproof layer and the concrete structure, eliminating the risk of water seepage between layers, which effectively enhances the reliability of the waterproof system.
This product not only addresses many difficulties and shortcomings of high polymer waterproof sheets during construction but also resolves some performance weaknesses of modified self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproof membranes, thus achieving an overlapping waterproof function and effect, reaching domestic standards.
2. Product Performance
RAM-HE Fast Reaction Adhesive High Polymer Pre-applied/Wet-applied Self-adhesive Membrane contains a functional layer with special active functional groups. The functional groups can form compounds with silicate ions in the process of silicate cement curing, generating chemical bonds that create strong adhesion, enabling the waterproof membrane to be fully bonded to the building structure, becoming one cohesive unit. This maximizes the reliability and waterproof effect of the self-adhesive waterproof membrane.

A brand new pre-applied wet bonding technology. The organic bond formed between the membrane and structural concrete eliminates the risk of water seepage and significantly enhances the reliability of the waterproof layer.
Excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance, able to withstand construction loads and impacts from rebar, requiring no additional protection during the pre-applied inverse bonding construction, allowing for direct concrete pouring.
Utilizes a specially formulated self-adhesive layer with strong self-healing properties, exhibiting unique self-healing ability for minor construction damages.
Chemical corrosion resistance, with good resistance to alkaline water from concrete. Not susceptible to microbial damage, mold-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
When wet-applied, the construction surface requirements are low, unaffected by substrate moisture, providing significant advantages in rainy season construction and time-sensitive projects.
4. Applicable Scope
Pre-applied waterproof membranes are suitable for the bottom slabs and side walls of underground projects such as subway tunnels, and can also be used in other locations using the pre-applied inverse bonding construction method; the membrane bonds directly to the cast-in-place structural concrete mixture.
Wet-applied waterproof membranes are used for non-exposed roofs, underground waterproof projects, as well as waterproofing for open-cut subways, tunnels, water pools, and water channels, particularly suitable for projects where open flames are not permitted.
