I. Product Introduction:
PUS high molecular polymer strong cross-laminated self-adhesive waterproof membrane is made of a special cross-laminated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) strong film as the surface material, and is compounded with self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt formulated from synthetic rubber such as SBS, SBR, tackifiers, and road petroleum asphalt through a special process to form a self-adhesive composite membrane waterproof roll.
II. Material Characteristics:
1. Single-layer membrane, double protection line: The PUS strong cross-laminated membrane is formed by laminating HDPE film at a 45° angle, which has high tear resistance. The surface membrane is treated technically to have UV resistance. Even if exposed for a long time after construction, the product's appearance quality will not be affected, lasting up to 6 months. It itself is an excellent waterproof layer, and using one self-adhesive waterproof roll is equivalent to double protection.
2. The "water-locking" function and self-healing ability: The PUS self-adhesive waterproof membrane has strong adhesion to the substrate, which can limit the leakage caused by membrane damage to a local area, preventing the overall failure of the waterproof layer. It has good coverage over sharp objects such as nails, and can self-heal when punctured by hard objects like sand or nails during construction.
3. Extremely high elongation rate, able to adapt to various substrate deformations: better than polyester-based self-adhesive waterproof membranes, more capable of accommodating structural substrate deformation.
4. Excellent performance in high and low temperatures: can adapt to climatic changes in hot and cold regions, with low-temperature flexibility reaching -35°C.
5. Unique sustained tear resistance and flexibility: The PUS self-adhesive waterproof membrane has good tear transfer resistance, especially suitable for on-site cutting, and is very convenient for irregular part construction.
6. The strong cross-laminated self-adhesive waterproof membrane has excellent root penetration resistance and can be used for waterproofing planted roofs. Its excellent impact resistance makes it widely applied in the pre-paved reverse bonding construction process for basement slabs.

III. Substrate Requirements
The substrate must meet the following conditions, and acceptance and handover procedures must be completed:
1. Clear debris, oil stains, and sand from the substrate surface. Protruding stones, mortar lumps, etc. must be cleaned thoroughly. Cleaning work must be carried out at any time during construction, and the surface should be repaired and leveled.
2. There are no requirements for substrate moisture content; if there is visible water, it can be swept away before construction.
3. All embedded components must be installed and fixed properly.
4. Substrate cracks must be treated, and epoxy resin or other sealing materials can be used for blocking.
