Polytetrafluoroethylene tube (English abbreviation PTFE, F4), with a series of excellent performance:
1) High temperature resistance - long-term operating temperature of 200-260 degrees, low temperature resistance - still soft at -100 degrees;
2) Corrosion resistance - resistant to aqua regia and all organic solvents;
3) Weather resistance - aging life of plastics;
4) High lubrication - with a small friction coefficient in plastics (0.04);
5) Non-stickiness - with a small surface tension in solid materials and no adhesion to any substances;
6) Non-toxic - with physiological inertia;
7) Excellent electrical performance, an ideal C-class insulation material.
Polytetrafluoroethylene is a high-temperature resistant (260°C), high-voltage resistant (45KV/mm), acid and alkali resistant, anti-adhesive, slippery, and wear-resistant engineering plastic material, widely used in machinery, automotive, electronics, chemical, valve and other parts. PTFE hose is widely used in chemical, instrumentation, electric heating, and mechanical industries; the insulation sleeve is widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical, electronic transformers, communication and other technology industries due to its high temperature resistance and voltage resistance (300V).
Polytetrafluoroethylene tube is made of suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin through plunger extrusion processing. Polytetrafluoroethylene has good chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties in known plastics.
