Our company specializes in producing and selling polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) parts. Seals, pipes, rods, turning/molded plates, (oriented/non-oriented/sodiumized) films, various parts, etc.
Polytetrafluoroethylene products, such as: "O" type, "V" type, "S" type gaskets, valve seats, balls, etc., are made by using suspension PTFE resin through molding and machining processes. They have characteristics such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
Our company can also add other mixtures to the PTFE raw materials according to your requirements, such as glass fiber, graphite, second-flow molybdenum, bronze powder, etc., to enhance the product's resistance to high temperature, wear resistance, and friction coefficient.

High temperature resistance: Operating temperature +250℃;
Low temperature resistance: -196℃ can maintain 5%;
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents;
Insulation resistance: Dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency;
High lubrication: Low friction coefficient in solid materials;
Non-adhesive: Does not adhere to any substance; self-lubricating: friction coefficient in solid materials is 0.04
Non-toxic: Physiologically inert, can be implanted into the human body; aging resistance can be used in the atmosphere for a long time
Anti-pollution: Low blank value of metal elements, lead content less than 10-11 g/ml, uranium content less than 10-12 g/ml;
Leak-proof: Dropped from a height of 1.2 meters above the ground, the bottle body does not rupture, the bottle cap does not fall off, and there is no damage or leakage.
