1. Polytetrafluoroethylene Series
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has a large consumption and a wide range of applications among fluoroplastics, making it an important variety of fluoroplastics. PTFE has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, chemical stability, good electrical insulation properties, non-stick properties, weather resistance, flame retardance, and good self-lubrication, earning it the title of "King of Plastics." Our main product varieties include: various types of valve sealing rings, flange gaskets, guide rings, wear rings, sheets, rods, tubes, gaskets, turned plates, turned films, turned strips, and various filled products, as well as PTFE fittings for pumps and valves, special-shaped parts, etc. PTFE-lined straight pipes, casings, elbows, tees, crosses, air compressor-oxygen generator-piston rings, as well as gland rings, sealing rings, etc. Our company can choose different formulations and manufacturing processes based on the design parameters of various machines, filling different fillers such as tin bronze powder, fiberglass, silica, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polyester, and high-strength carbon fiber into F4 resin, allowing the working temperature to reach -200℃ to 320℃, greatly improving the mechanical strength, lubrication properties, thermal conductivity, and wear resistance of the sealing parts. 2. Graphite Sealing Products
We can manufacture various graphite packings, graphite sheets, fillers, graphite rings, sealing gaskets, high-strength burst-type graphite washers, composite sheets, etc.
Main specifications: thickness 0.2~1.0mm; width 1000mm; length: 50~100mm or 500×700mm.
Special specifications: (bonded) thickness 1.5~10mm; width × length is 1000×1000mm.
Characteristics: operating temperature -200℃~800℃ (in oxidizing media).
3. Polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE)
PCTFE has excellent rigidity, low-temperature resistance, and cold flow resistance, making it an ideal sealing material for low-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, with special applications in high-tech fields. Our company can provide imported PCTFE gaskets, rods, tubes, and sheets in various specifications, with a continuous use temperature range of -200℃ to 150℃.
Additionally, the company can provide enhanced polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) sealing products for certain special low-temperature products and other requirements. These products can be used at ultra-low temperatures, with a maximum operating temperature reaching -273℃, achieving sealing effects that other engineering plastics cannot attain at ultra-low temperatures.
4. Other Sealing Products
Our company can also provide imported brands of sealing rings and various rubber products made from materials such as fluororubber (FKM), fluorosilicone (FVMQ), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), silicone rubber (SR), neoprene (CR), and polyurethane (PU). These products can meet the corrosion resistance and solvent swelling resistance requirements of various media at temperatures of -100℃ to 280℃, and have sealing and wear resistance properties.
