Products: Utilizing seamless steel pipes produced by steel plants as raw materials, the company processes these into seamless pipes that can be quickly thickened from fine to coarse to meet customer specifications. Users can either bring their own materials for processing or directly order non-standard or special models of seamless steel pipes. Products include flexible ductile iron pipes and fittings with nominal diameters (DN 50-300) * wall thickness (T 4.3-7.0) * length (L 3000mm), which strictly follow the GB 12772-2008 standard for "Drainage Flexible Joint Ductile Iron Pipes, Fittings, and Accessories." These products are manufactured using advanced centrifugal casting processes, offering dense metal structures, high internal and external surface finishes, thin and uniform walls, good corrosion resistance, and convenient installation and transportation. They also have unique advantages in earthquake resistance, fire protection, noiselessness, and recyclability, making them widely applicable for drainage and ventilation in high-rise buildings. They are also recommended for use in major national projects, high-quality construction projects, and buildings with strict requirements for earthquake resistance and fire protection. W-type and B-type fittings include Y/TY/T three-way fittings, 45-degree and 90-degree plug-in elbows, return bends, floor drains, cleaning outlets, inspection ports, T/Y four-way fittings, etc. For DN 100-DN 800 length L 6000mm water-cooled metal ductile iron pipes and fittings, the main components of water supply ductile iron pipes include carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, and magnesium. The ferrite and pearlite matrix contains a certain amount of spherical graphite, with different ratios of ferrite and pearlite depending on the nominal diameter and elongation requirements. For small diameters, the pearlite content is generally no more than 20%, while for larger diameters, it is generally controlled around 25%. Minimum tensile strength: 420 MPa, minimum yield strength: 300 MPa, minimum elongation: 7%. The ductile iron pipe standard is GB/T 13295-2008 ISO 2531/2008.
