Sichuan DeYang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin and its series of products. It is currently the only company in China with industrial-scale production capacity and one of the largest PPS producers globally. The company has gathered a large number of top scientific and technological talents in the PPS field domestically, collaborating with nearly a hundred experts from research institutions. Aiming at international standards, the company started with engineering and achieved key technological breakthroughs, successfully building China's first thousand-ton-level PPS resin production line in 2002. The overall technology of this production line has reached international advanced and domestic leading levels, filling the gap in China’s industrial production of PPS and making China the fourth country after the US, Japan, and Germany to achieve industrialization of PPS. The company has applied for and obtained 11 invention patents and owns three independent intellectual property technology achievements. It has won the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the Sichuan provincial government and been recognized by five national ministries as a key new product of the country. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of synthetic resin, making it the world's largest single-production-scale PPS resin producer. It also has an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons of modified pellets, with products widely applied across various fields. The company has newly built a PPS fiber production line with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons, whose products have been used in environmental protection and received unanimous praise from users. The domestic and international market share continues to grow, with products exported to markets in Europe, Asia, America, and other regions.
