Panjin Hengsheng Plastic Material Modification Products Co., Ltd. was established in June 2003 and is the only private enterprise in Panjin that primarily focuses on the production and sales of plastic products. The company is located in the Fine Chemical (Plastic) Industrial Park, Shuangtaizi District, Panjin City, where its advantageous raw material base provides favorable conditions for the company's development. The total area of the company is 33,300 square meters, with fixed assets worth 23 million yuan. The company boasts over 60 sets of advanced production equipment and a team of high-tech professionals specialized in plastics. Additionally, it has an engineering plastics research institute, and a plastic research and development center jointly established by Dalian University of Technology and the Panjin municipal government is set up within the company, laying a solid foundation for its development. The main product lines of the company include injection molding products, blow molding products, modified plastics, and plastic pipe materials. Among them, the injection molding products include various specifications of beer, food turnover boxes, egg crates, and a variety of automotive parts, as well as core boxes, coring boxes, and protective threads used in oil fields; the blow molding products consist of different models of plastic drums, bottles, and other hollow container products; the modified plastics cover a range of communication cable sheathing materials, insulating materials, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheathing materials, power cable insulating materials, cross-linked polyethylene cable materials, special-purpose materials for mine-use flame-retardant and anti-static polyethylene pipes, special-purpose materials for automobile bumpers, and various reinforced modified plastic products; the plastic pipe materials include various specifications of PP, PE pipes, large-diameter sewage pipes, and various types of plastic fittings.
