The business scope includes general projects: technology services, technology development, technical consultation, technical exchanges, technology transfer, and technology promotion; sales of plastic products; sales of rubber products; sales of chemical products (excluding licensed chemical products); cell technology research and development and application; information technology consulting services; information consulting services (excluding licensed information consulting services); advertising design and agency; graphic design and production; advertising production; conference and exhibition services; internet sales (excluding goods that require a license for sale); marketing planning; import and export of goods; import and export of technology; and import and export agency. (Activities can be carried out independently according to the business license, except for those that require approval by law.) Permitted projects: first-class value-added telecommunications services; second-class value-added telecommunications services. (These activities can only be carried out after being approved by the relevant departments, with specific business items subject to the approval documents or permits from the relevant departments.)
