IR-30:
Liquid Isoprene Rubber
This product is a liquid isoprene rubber with a content greater than 99% and a molecular weight of approximately 30,000. Other components include residual solvents and anti-aging agents. The product appears as a viscous liquid at room temperature with a viscosity of about 60 Pa•s and is nearly transparent, pale yellow or yellow in appearance.
Product Features:
Adding this product to natural rubber or other non-polar rubbers can form pressure-sensitive adhesives, where this product can enhance initial tack. Unlike commonly used tackifying resins, this product improves the initial tack of pressure-sensitive adhesives without significantly reducing their holding power. Compared to degraded natural rubber, this product has higher thermal stability and less odor. Compared to acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, this product has a lower glass transition temperature, making it suitable for various climates.

Liquid Isoprene Rubber
This product is a liquid isoprene rubber with a content greater than 99% and a molecular weight of approximately 50,000. Other components include residual solvents and anti-aging agents. The product appears as a viscous liquid at room temperature with a viscosity of about 500 Pa•s and is nearly transparent, pale yellow or yellow in appearance.
Product Features:
Adding a small amount of this product during rubber compounding can replace part of the rubber while reducing the Mooney viscosity of the rubber, thereby improving processing performance. Since this product has a structure similar to natural rubber and can undergo vulcanization, adding a small amount of this product will not reduce the strength of the rubber as substances like aromatic oils do, and it will not exude during long-term use. This product can also be used as an adhesive on its own, especially suitable for room temperature vulcanization systems.
LIR is a viscous liquid rubber developed based on isoprene.
LIR is colorless, transparent, and odorless.
LIR Function: Reactive Plasticizer & Softener
From the perspective of "plasticizers," LIR is a high molecular weight rubber with plasticizing functions.
During the vulcanization process, LIR can co-vulcanize with sulfur or peroxides.
As a plasticizer & softener in rubber, LIR can improve the following properties of rubber:
Improves processing operability
Enhances the physical and processing properties of low-hardness rubber products
When used with white carbon black or clay, it can improve mechanical properties
When using LXIR, it can improve adhesion between rubber and metal or glass materials
Can co-vulcanize with NR, IR, IIR, SBR, BR, NBR, CR, EPDM, etc.
No migration in products, and no extraction in solvents, improving the aging resistance and chemical resistance of products
Widely used in the tire industry, wires and cables, sealing strips, hoses, seals, printing & textile rollers, footwear, and other rubber products. It can also be applied in
Adhesives, sealants, room temperature curing products, polyurethane material modification, coating products, asphalt modification, lubricant additives, etc.
