Large Diameter Polyurethane Hose

The hose consists of a three-layer structure made of inner rubber, reinforcement layer, and outer rubber. The inner and outer rubber are made of TPU, utilizing advanced single-extrusion technology to coat the high-strength industrial polyester reinforcement layer with TPU material in one go. The three-layer structure is fully integrated, resulting in high pressure resistance, high abrasion resistance, low elongation, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance, bacterial resistance, and aging resistance. The hose is easy to deploy and can be widely used for high-flow liquid transportation in various complex terrains. Applications: Transportation of fracturing water for shale oil and gas drilling, emergency water supply for disaster relief, rapid fire-fighting water supply, river dredging projects, industrial wastewater transportation, etc. 1.
