The production process is ROTATION rotational molding, which is acid and alkali resistant, food grade, and not resistant to high temperatures above 80°C. ☆ The thickness of this container is divided into three levels: A, B, and Special. Please specify the type and specific gravity of the material to be stored when placing an order.
☆ When storing chemical substances, please be sure to customize B-grade or Special-grade products equipped with acid and alkali resistant interfaces and valves. A flexible connection must be installed at the outlet of the container to connect with other equipment. Depending on the container size, material properties, specific gravity, and temperature, additional reinforcement sleeves may be added externally to the container.

Customer Knowledge Reference Before Purchase:
1. Material selection: The material for holding water must be completely environmentally friendly and non-toxic; while tanks for storing corrosive liquids require acid and alkali resistance and strong corrosion resistance.
2. Color selection: For drinking water, we generally recommend using the natural color; if other colors are required, the tank body needs to undergo secondary processing to make a double-layer structure, with the outer layer being colored and the inner layer being the natural color; for chemical liquids, especially those that react or volatilize upon exposure to light, the tank body is usually made in blue or black; for special marking purposes, red, yellow, or orange can also be processed.
3. Accessory selection: Strong acids and strong bases will use PE material flanges for welding; weak acids and bases or water can choose PVC or ABS material accessories, which need to be configured according to actual usage needs. Accessories will be installed at the required locations when the product leaves the factory, but during transportation and unloading, joints may loosen, so please check the sealing performance of the joints before use. Please note that the joints are made of finished products such as PE, PVC, ABS, or nylon resins; if they are tightened too much, the threads may be damaged.
4. Liquid level gauge selection: There are three common types of liquid level gauges: 1. Transparent PVC level tube; 2. Magnetic flap level gauge; 3. Float level gauge. The PVC transparent tube level gauge is inexpensive and provides a direct view of the liquid level; the magnetic flap level gauge connects the upper and lower flanges to the container to form a communicating vessel, allowing direct observation of the liquid level inside the container through the glass plate, but the cost is relatively high. Our company customizes top-mounted float magnetic flap level gauges based on customer needs, which are cost-effective while ensuring accurate positioning, and have received wide recognition from customers.
5. Reinforcement sleeve selection: For PE storage tanks over 15 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a metal reinforcement sleeve to avoid cracking at the hole parts of the tank body. However, for tanks with heavier liquid specific gravity or those that store strong acids or strong bases, small size tanks may also have reinforcement sleeves added. 6. Plastic water tanks refer to PE containers formed through one-time rotational molding. It is a general term for all types of storage tanks.
