1 Cubic PE Chemical Dosing Tank / 1 Ton Plastic Chemical Dosing Box is a new type of dosing device, a new plastic dosing box produced by Yongcheng Plastic Products. It consists of the tank body and tank lid, with a sloped half lid that rises from the center to the edge. The sloped lid is equipped with a stirring mechanism that extends into the tank body. This design eliminates dead water flow areas inside the tank, ensuring uniform mixing of solids and liquids for convenient use. Additionally, the same Yongcheng Plastic Product features both large and small dosing ports, expanding the application range of the dosing tank.

The square dosing tank is formed through rotational molding technology, resistant to acids and alkalis, and has strong corrosion resistance. The upper part is designed with preset positions for the installation of the metering pump and stirring machine, making the combination of stirring machine, dosing tank, and metering pump very convenient for use, with positive feedback from users, demonstrating its value in the water treatment industry.
