  • High molecular weight polyethylene sintered powder, used to form filter cartridge products that are sturdy, lightweight, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, heat-resistant, and mechanically dimensionally stable. The pore distribution of high molecular weight polyethylene sintered filter cartridges is more uniform, with a smooth surface free of burrs and no shedding of powder. They have excellent air permeability and can withstand higher filtration pressures. The high molecular micro-porous filtering medium is primarily made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder, which has superior chemical properties. It can resist any inorganic acid and organic acid except for concentrated sulfuric acid (>95%), as well as any concentration of various alkalis and salts. Below 90°C, it resists any organic solvent. Even if some solvents cause slight swelling of the micro-porous tube above 90°C, it still maintains its rigid shape without affecting normal operation. In any chemical solution, there is no chemical substance or particle shedding. This series of excellent chemical properties makes high molecular micro-porous tubes widely used in industrial production.
