Recommended Dosage
0.3-0.7wt% (for glass fiber-reinforced plastic products)
1.0-2.0wt% (for biodegradable materials)
Product Characteristics
Good Stability: Has excellent thermal stability, does not migrate to the surface, initial thermal decomposition temperature as high as 280°C, non-volatile, no exudation.
Good Malleability: Melts into a liquid like water at a certain temperature, rapidly wets fillers, and molds under low pressure. High cost-effectiveness: Low dosage, significant effect, special spherical structure between molecular chains allows for effective improvement in fluidity during processing, enhancing melt index and lubricity without affecting product properties.
Environmentally Friendly: Meets ROHS international environmental standards.
Easy Processing: Wide processing temperature range, easy to disperse.
Application Areas
(1) Medium-content glass fiber reinforced resins (PA6, PP, PBT, etc.) systems; biodegradable materials (PLA, PCL, PBS, etc.);
