Introduction to High-Pressure Rubber Hoses

1.Product Structure Type:

Mainly composed of inner rubber layer, middle rubber layer, 2.4 layers of steel wire winding layer, and outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer withstands pressure of the conveyed medium and protects the steel wire from erosion. The outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage, and the steel wire (φ0.3--2.0 enhanced steel wire) layer serves as the reinforcing skeleton material.

2. Product Applications:

High-pressure steel wire hydraulic hoses are mainly used in mining hydraulic supports and oil field extraction.
