Silicone heat shrink tubing is made from silicone rubber, which is modified and formed through a scientific formula, followed by irradiation crosslinking and continuous expansion. In addition to the excellent properties of ordinary silicone tubing (high temperature resistance, insulation, flexibility, and elasticity), it also has heat shrinkage properties and good mechanical resistance to piercing and damage.
Huayuanxin silicone heat shrink tubing can be used in high and low temperature environments ranging from -60℃ to 200℃ for a long time and has a shrinkage ratio of 2:1. It is widely used for insulation, protection, and covering of products such as wire and cable connections, fitness equipment components, high/low voltage switchgear busbars, and electronic components. After heat shrinking, the protected components are tightly wrapped inside the tubing, unaffected by external environments. Silicone heat shrink tubing should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources during transportation and storage.
