The sleeve is used for insulating protection of busbars in substations and high and low voltage switchgear, allowing for a more compact structure of the switchgear (shortening the phase distance) and preventing accidental short circuit accidents.
Instructions for use:
1: The starting shrink temperature is 70 degrees, the full recovery temperature is ≤125 degrees. The busbar tubes are relatively thick, and heating below 120 degrees causes slow shrinkage. Huayuanxin recommends that customers use hot air for uniform heating and shrinkage or heat shrink in an oven above 120 degrees.
2: Applicable temperature range -40~125℃
3: Shrinkage rate ≤10%
4: The environmentally friendly heat shrink busbar protective sleeve product complies with the EU ROHS directive.
Standard colors: Iron Red, Yellow, Green, Black; other colors can be produced according to customer requirements.
Application range: 1. Prevent short circuit faults caused by small animals such as mice and snakes.
2. Prevent corrosion of busbars from chemical substances such as acids, bases, and salts.
3. Prevent maintenance personnel from accidentally entering live gaps, causing accidents.
4. Adapt to the development trend of miniaturization of switches.
5. Solve the insulation issue between bus ducts.
