Huizhou Quanwei Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a company dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of customized food plastic packaging materials. We have a professional R&D and technical team, advanced manufacturing technology, and rich experience, allowing us to tailor-make PS, PP, PET, EVOH, and other material types, in various colors, for injection molding, thermoforming packaging, cold chain packaging, and fruit packaging products, providing high-quality services. In 2009, "Dongguan Quanwei Plastic Products Co., Ltd." was established and registered the trademark "Quanwei Plastic". The company adheres to the philosophy of "sincerity, precision, meticulousness, accuracy, refinement, and excellence", continuously innovating and developing. After more than a decade of effort, "Quanwei Plastic" has established itself as a benchmark in China's food packaging material industry, earning widespread acclaim from customers. "Quanwei Plastic" has successively become a long-term, excellent supplier to well-known food enterprises such as Yili, Nestlé (Xufuji), Yihai Kerry (Jinlongyu), General Mills USA (Wanchai Ferry), Pagoda, and Hualefu, making significant contributions to the development of China's food packaging material industry. In 2020, "Quanwei Plastic" invested 80 million RMB to build "Huizhou Quanwei Plastic Products Co., Ltd.". According to the product standards for food-grade plastic packaging materials, "Quanwei Plastic" constructed a 100,000-level high-efficiency filtered cleanroom and a cleanroom for medical packaging materials. The new production workshop is equipped with a central CNC integrated feeding system, and we purchased the first fully automatic five-layer co-extrusion sheet machine with an EVOH high barrier die in China, along with various fully automatic servo cup-making machines, fully automatic injection molding machines, fully automatic thermoforming machines, and fully automatic stacking robots, achieving a highly modernized and automated production line that basically realizes unmanned operation. In July 2022, the company obtained FSSC22000V5.1 food safety system certification for food packaging and packaging materials.
