To address the negative drawbacks of traditional construction techniques, our company has independently developed a new building material: metal corner beads. This product is made from galvanized thin steel plates, produced through a specialized roller pressing production line, with mesh holes or pressure points on both sides of the corner bead. It is a new material for protecting indoor and outdoor wall corners.
The construction technique for this product uses the corner bead as a framework component within the plastering layer of the wall, fixed into the corner without the need for wooden strips, allowing for a straight and smooth plaster finish, resulting in a good appearance. The galvanized corner bead is corrosion and rust resistant, has good metal toughness, and is strong in bearing capacity, ensuring a firm adhesion in the corner that can withstand general impact pressure without easily damaging the wall corner.

Usage Instructions:
1. Cut the metal corner bead to the required length, and apply adhesive gypsum at the corner to bond the metal corner bead, or directly secure it with screws at the corner.
2. Attach the metal corner bead to the corner, pressing it firmly onto the filler material. Each side should be covered with 100mm wide filler, and allow to dry.
3. After the second layer of filler has dried, gently sand the surface of the filler.
4. Apply a third layer of filler approximately 200mm wide on each side.
