1. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Series
PTFE has a large consumption and wide application among fluoroplastics, making it an important variety in this field. PTFE exhibits excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, chemical stability, good electric insulation, non-adhesiveness, weather resistance, flame retardancy, and good self-lubricating properties, earning it the title of "King of Plastics." Our main products include various types of valve sealing rings, flange gaskets, guide rings, wear rings, plates, rods, pipes, gaskets, turned plates, turned films, turned strips, and various filled products, as well as PTFE fittings for pumps and valves, and custom-shaped parts. PTFE-lined straight pipes, casings, elbows, tees, crosses, air compressors - oxygen generators - piston rings, and seals, among others. Our company can select different formulas and manufacturing processes according to the design parameters of various machines, filling F4 resin with tin bronze powder, glass fiber, silica, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polyester, and high-strength carbon fiber, enabling the working temperature to reach -200°C to 320°C, significantly improving the mechanical strength, lubrication performance, thermal conductivity, and wear resistance of the sealing parts. 2. Graphite Sealing Products
We can manufacture various graphite packing, graphite sheets, fillers, graphite rings, sealing gaskets, high-strength compression-type graphite washers, composite sheets, and more.
Main specifications: thickness 0.2~1.0mm; width 1000mm; length: 50~100mm or 500×700mm.
Special specifications: (bonded) thickness 1.5~10mm; width × length is 1000×1000mm.
Characteristics: operating temperature -200°C to 800°C (in oxidizing media).
3. Polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE)
PCTFE has excellent rigidity, low-temperature resistance, and cold flow resistance, making it an ideal sealing material under low-temperature and high-pressure conditions, with special applications in high-tech fields. Our company can provide imported PCTFE gaskets, rods, pipes, and sheets in various specifications, with continuous use temperature from -200°C to 150°C.
The company can also provide enhanced PCTFE sealing products for some special low-temperature products and other requirements. These products can be used at ultra-low temperatures, with a maximum operating temperature reaching -273°C, achieving sealing effects that other engineering plastics cannot reach at ultra-low temperatures.
4. Other Sealing Products
Our company can also provide imported brands of sealing products made from materials such as fluororubber (FKM), fluorosilicone (FVMQ), rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), silicone rubber (SR), neoprene (CR), and polyurethane (PU). These oil seals and various rubber products can meet the anti-corrosion and solvent resistance requirements of various media at temperatures ranging from -100°C to 280°C, while also possessing sealing and wear resistance properties.
