Fully Automatic Positive and Negative Pressure Thermoforming Plastic Machine

1) Control System: The intelligent control system is achieved through a combination of motion control modules, 3D industrial touchscreens, servo motors, photoelectric sensors, and temperature control. The system is designed for simple and intuitive operation, making it accessible even to entry-level technicians.
2) Traction: High-power servo traction is used to ensure precise length control of the sheet material (thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 1.5mm).
3) Structure: The forming, punching, and stacking stations are driven by domestic brand-name servo motors, allowing each station to operate independently. The worktable is precision-machined using imported five-axis machining equipment, enhancing both operability and product stability.
4) Forming: Equipped with ultra-long upper and lower heating chambers using far-infrared ceramic heating bricks, smart temperature control, and positive/negative pressure forming structures. This ensures uniform heating of high-difficulty and heat-resistant materials, resulting in consistent product thickness and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, thereby enhancing market competitiveness.
5) Molds: Aluminum alloy (imported breathable aluminum) forming molds are precision-machined using CNC milling. They consist of positive/negative pressure and water circulation structures, improving forming and cooling speeds. Punching molds can be made using either metal knives or laser knives depending on the product. Cutting molds are made using laser knife movable structures, offering advantages such as high cutting accuracy (error within ±0.2mm), reduced mold costs, shortened mold production cycles, and easy and quick mold changes.
6) Whole Machine: The frame is welded from steel boxes, and the forming, punching, and cutting stations are cast. The structure is robust and deformation-free, with high-density frames and boxes formed under pressure. The exterior design features sliding doors, providing a beautiful and dignified appearance and easy maintenance.
