(Full name: Pan-Pu Encapsulated Seal Ring, also known as Encapsulated O-Ring, Encapsulated Fluorine O-Ring) combines the elasticity and sealing properties of rubber with the chemical resistance of PTFE organically. It is composed of a core made of silicone rubber or fluororubber and a relatively thin outer layer of FEP or PFA. Pan-Pu seal has excellent sealing performance. Rubber O-rings are prone to wear, poor chemical resistance, and poor gas permeability. Pure PTFE O-rings have high hardness and can resist compression but have poor elasticity. The outer layer of FEP/PFA O-rings has good resistance to swelling and chemical stability (except for erosion by alkali metals, fluorine, and some halides at high temperatures), good elasticity near rubber O-rings, very low friction coefficient of FEP/PFA (only 0.1~0.2), and excellent gas impermeability. These properties make Pan-Pu seal O-rings truly applicable in harsh environments.

Material Introduction:
1. FEP and PFA are essentially similar in nature, but PFA has better high temperature resistance than FEP
Temperature range:
FEP shell: -60°C~205°C can be used for a short time at 260°C high temperature
PFA shell: -60°C~260°C can be used for a short time at 300°C high temperature
2. Our company specifies the standard core material of Pan-Pu seal as:
Fluororubber E-60C grade
Silicone rubber ZZR 765B grade
Solid Pan-Pu seals are widely used in static and dynamic seals. Hollow silicone rubber Pan-Pu seals generally have a larger thread diameter and are used in static seals. They have lower hardness and compression resistance than solid core Pan-Pu seals.
Hardness:
The average hardness of Pan-Pu seals of different materials is:
Solid silicone rubber: 85-90
Solid fluororubber: 90-95
Hollow silicone rubber: 75-80
Product Model:
The brand series "Pan-Pu Seal" produced by our company is divided into three series according to the structure and operating conditions of the product.
