Due to the high viscosity and small quantity of the cement slurry in the mixture, it is advisable to use a forced mixer, with a mixing time of more than **5** minutes. 2. **Pouring:** Prior to pouring, the subgrade must be moistened with water. Additionally, a high-frequency vibrator can cause the cement slurry to separate from the coarse aggregate surface, flowing to the bottom and forming an impermeable layer, which would compromise the permeability of the material. 4. **Rolling:** After vibration, further compact the permeable concrete mixture using a solid steel pipe or a light roller. Considering the consistency of the mixture and surrounding temperature conditions, multiple rolling may be required, but care must be taken to clean the rollers beforehand to prevent sticking of aggregates. 5. **Curing:** The Exposed Aggregate Permeable Concrete pavement has numerous pores, making it prone to water loss and quick drying, so curing is very important. Early curing is especially critical to avoid significant evaporation of moisture from the pavement. The watering curing time for the permeable pavement should be between **5** and **7** days.
