I. Product Introduction
ESE-430 is a layer film-covered reactive self-adhesive polymer waterproof membrane developed independently by our company. It is a new generation of extended reinforcement series self-adhesive waterproof membrane, made of a strong double-layer laminated film combined with a grid structure design, which greatly enhances the tear resistance, dimensional stability, thermal stability, and UV resistance of the membrane.
II. Product Features
1. The membrane applies a unique activated adsorption technology.
2. When using the wet laying method, the activated molecules in the membrane will react with the concrete upon contact with cement gel within 6-8 hours, effectively applying adhesive stress to the concrete pores, forming a strong bonding force, like an impervious waterproof skin generated on the substrate. The bonding layer and the substrate interlock, ensuring full adhesion without water seepage, guaranteeing the durability and stability of the waterproof layer. In the overlapping edge of the membrane, a unique seamless overlap feature is also introduced.
3. By using a micron curvature fitting design and bidirectional self-adhesive molecules at the overlapping edges of the membrane, the overlapping parts can tightly interlock and self-adhere, forming a completely sealed and irreversible joint, effectively avoiding the risks of seepage, leakage, and water migration caused by loose or hollow overlaps in traditional membranes.
