Technical principle This technology realizes the weighing and packaging of lifting bag-type ultra-fine powder materials through the following methods: 1. The packaging bag is clamped at the open end on a bag clamping device, the clamping device is installed on a weighing sensor, and the sensor is installed on a sliding mechanism that can move up and down. The sliding does not affect the weighing measurement of the sensor. 2. The powder material is fed by a single vertical screw feeder with multiple speeds, the feeding speed is fast at first and slow later, when the feeding stops, a valve at the outlet of the screw feeder is closed to completely stop the feeding. 3. The weight of the material in the packaging bag is constantly measured by the weighing instrument, and the lifting action of the mechanism is controlled according to the weight change program by the instrument.
