I. Product Introduction
CPS Strong Reaction Bonded Laminated Cross-Membrane Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane is composed of a mesh laminated cross membrane and CPS reactive adhesive, making it a new type of functional and environmentally friendly waterproof material with chemical reactivity. The strong combination of the mesh laminated cross membrane and CPS reactive adhesive elevates the waterproof membrane to a new level of high strength, lightweight, and functionality. It is a new type of self-adhesive waterproof membrane product highly recommended by the state, specifically developed to address the issue of general membranes failing to effectively bond with the substrate, leading to leakage. It can chemically react with fresh cement slurry or poured concrete, forming a strong bond with the concrete substrate through the synergistic effect of chemical cross-linking and physical interlocking. Due to its reactive bonding with the substrate, it achieves an effective waterproof effect, forming a sealing interface layer, which constructs a “dual” waterproof layer structure similar to a composite of a coating layer and a membrane layer on the concrete substrate, adapting to the effects of cracking and deformation in the substrate, thus providing long-lasting waterproofing.

III. Product Features
(1) Strong adhesion, sealing, and waterproofing without leakage
The first reactive bonding waterproof membrane in China, which can chemically bond with the concrete substrate through the synergistic effect of chemical cross-linking and physical interlocking, providing a firm and lasting irreversible bond, with bonding strength far greater than that of physically bonded membranes;
(2) High strength, high elongation, strong impact resistance, and puncture resistance
The surface structure is made of Viro-Lam strong film, employing cross-laminating technology, which is much stronger and tougher than ordinary membranes, with an elongation that is more than three times that of PET films; it effectively resists external forces such as iron picks scratching and heavy objects falling during waterproof construction;

V. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
(1) Sealed packaging in specialized plastic bags, stored in a dry, ventilated environment to prevent sun exposure and rain;
(2) Different categories and specifications should be stored separately and should not be stacked or pressed diagonally;
(3) The membranes should be laid flat, with stacking height not exceeding five layers;
(4) During transportation and storage, keep away from fire sources, with a storage temperature not exceeding 35℃ and a storage period of one year.
VI. Construction Process and Precautions
Surface Preparation → Prepare Polymer Cement Slurry → Detail Treatment at Joints → Membrane Installation → Membrane Termination Treatment → Waterproof Layer Acceptance → Protective Layer Construction
VII. Precautions
1. The substrate for CPS Strong Reaction Bonded Laminated Cross-Membrane Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane should be flat, clean, and free of standing water;
2. Detailed treatment should be done at pipe joints, corners, flat surfaces, expansion joints, and other areas;
3. Do not walk on polymer cement slurry until it has fully cured, and subsequent construction can only proceed after the polymer cement slurry has completely hardened.
