CPS-CL Reactive Bonding Polymer Wet-laid Waterproof Membrane (Reactive Bonding Sealant Green and Black Cross-laminated Strong Film) is a functional membrane specifically designed for sealing and waterproofing concrete components, capable of reacting synchronously with cement gel or cast-in-place concrete, firmly bonding to concrete through the synergistic effect of chemical crosslinking and physical interlocking (Chemical Bonding and Physical Crosslinking Synergism, abbreviated asCPS), with high bonding strength, permanent and irreversible, and minimally affected by environmental factors. It can form a strong and irreversible interface sealing reaction layer on the concrete substrate, achieving dual effects of coating waterproofing and membrane waterproofing, effectively preventing water intrusion, and is especially suitable for waterproofing projects in humid or moisture-laden environments. The Green and Black Cross-laminated Strong Film material is a specially made 45° diagonal laminated high-density polyethylene film, with a cross-laminated composite multi-layer film structure, produced by ITW in the United States. 3. Product Features
A、 Physical Properties:
1、The nail tear strength and nail waterproofness are superior to ordinary surface membranes.
2、Self-adhesive membranes made from strong cross-laminated films have stronger gripping power on nails and other roofing fasteners compared to ordinary waterproof membranes, and higher tear strength. When nails pass through the strong cross-laminated film, the interlocking layers in both directions wrap around the nails, equally distributing stress, making it difficult to tear. In contrast, ordinary films only have high longitudinal strength, with very low transverse strength.
3、Excellent tensile strength and bi-directional tear resistance, with good weather resistance.
4、Good dimensional stability, no wrinkling, providing more reliable waterproofing.
B、 Construction Performance:
1、The membrane bonds securely to the structure; any local damage to the membrane will confine water to a small area with no leakage. Even if minor leaks occur, the leak points will coincide with the damage points, facilitating repairs. The self-adhesive layer features a unique "self-healing function" that allows localized puncture points to heal themselves.
2、Better adaptability to construction environments. It can be applied on damp substrates without the need for priming, solvents, or fuels, ensuring project timelines while avoiding environmental pollution, making it friendly to the construction environment.
3、Utilizes apple green film, eliminating light pollution compared to silver-white films.
4、It can adapt to climatic changes in hot and cold regions, forming good adhesion even in irregular areas without hollowing. The surface structure is made of ViroLang strong film, utilizing cross-laminating technology, with strength and toughness significantly greater than ordinary films, and an elongation rate overPET films by more than3 times; it effectively resists external forces such as iron picks and falling weights during waterproofing construction.
