Composite Dispersant is a new type of highly efficient dispersant successfully developed by Huizhou Korunxin Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. after years of production practice and research in plastic masterbatch and plastic modification. This dispersant integrates multiple functions such as dispersion, coupling, and lubrication, significantly improving the dispersion and stability of inorganic fillers and pigments, effectively solving the dispersion problems of masterbatches, and preventing the exudation of additives and inorganic pigments/fillers in finished products.

Performance features:
1. Comprehensive functionality with superior dispersion. The composite dispersant combines lubrication, dispersion, and coupling effects, overcoming the limitations of traditional dispersants (such as stearic acid, PE wax, stearates) which have relatively single functions, poor dispersion effects, and unstable product quality. It provides excellent dispersion for inorganic fillers and pigments, greatly improving dispersion.
2. Strong substitutability and versatility. Suitable for various plastic filler masterbatches, color masterbatches, defoamers, functional masterbatches, and modified plastic systems, it has strong versatility. After using the composite dispersant, most other additives (such as coupling agents, paraffin wax, PE wax, stearic acid, stearates, EBS, etc.) can be omitted as needed, simplifying the formulation and ingredients of masterbatches and modified materials, making compounding easier and more precise.
3. High quality stability. Masterbatches or modified plastics produced with added composite dispersant have excellent system dispersion and stability, effectively avoiding defects such as patterns, white spots, streaks, color differences, lines, rough surfaces, and exudation of powders or additives, significantly enhancing product quality stability.
4. Cost-effective. Composite Dispersant is a truly superior dispersant for masterbatches, with comprehensive dispersion performance far exceeding other ordinary additives, at a low price and high cost-effectiveness.
Applications:
1. Suitable for producing filler masterbatches, transparent masterbatches, defoaming masterbatches, breathable masterbatches, and modified materials using calcium carbonate, talcum powder, sodium sulfate, barium sulfate, and other inorganic powders as the base.
2. Suitable for producing various color masterbatches using pigments and color powders as the base.
3. Suitable for inorganic powder-filled plastic modification and rubber modification systems.
4. Suitable for surface activation treatment of inorganic powders such as calcium carbonate, sodium sulfate, and talcum powder.
5. Suitable for filling and dispersion in TPU/TPR shoe materials and PVC profiles such as bars and sheets.
Usage method:
The usage method of Composite Dispersant is the same as that of ordinary plastic additives. It can be directly added during mixing, generally at a ratio of 3-6%. For finer powders and higher dispersion requirements, the addition ratio can be appropriately increased. Composite Dispersant can be used independently in the dispersion system or in combination with other ordinary additives, offering flexible usage.
Packaging and storage:
Composite paper bag packaging, 25 kg/bag. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place.
