Class A Fire-Resistant Insulation Board, with excellent flame retardancy

The A-class fireproof insulation board is composed of bonding layer, thermal insulation decorative waste board, anchoring components, sealing materials, and other fireproof materials. It is suitable not only for the external wall insulation and decoration of new buildings but also for energy-saving and decorative renovation of old buildings; it is applicable to various public buildings as well as residential buildings for external wall insulation; it is suitable for buildings in both cold northern regions and hot southern regions. The prominent advantage of the A-class fireproof insulation board is its excellent flame retardancy, which can be further modified based on its original fire-retardant properties. When used in oil storage tanks, pipelines, and cold storage equipment, it can be cut into similar shapes, bonded together, and then wrapped for protection to prevent moisture or impact from penetrating the foam insulation layer. When applied to vibrating vehicles, measures should be taken to tightly secure the foam within the frame to avoid crushing due to vibration. For complex and irregular insulation, a method of assembling multiple pieces can be used, and special areas can be filled with foam fragments, ensuring that there are no gaps. When used extensively, it is advisable to wrap the A-class fireproof insulation board in plastic film to prevent water absorption. Suitable adhesives should be selected for bonding the boards. When used as thermal insulation material in stationary buildings, in addition to moisture-proof measures, the foam should not be compressed; protective measures should be adopted.
