Profile Xian Chenxu Water Conservancy Engineering Co., Ltd. was restructured from Xian Water Conservancy Plastic Factory, which was established in 1996. It is a designated plastic pipe production factory for the "Construction of Agricultural Water-saving City" in Xi'an; it is also a designated plastic pipe production factory for rural water supply projects in Xi'an; it is one of the first batch of leading enterprises in the Xi'an water affairs system; and it is a standing director unit of the Xi'an Water Conservancy Economic Association. The company is the largest and most comprehensive professional manufacturer of UPVC pipes in Shaanxi Province. Its quality management has passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification. With strong technical capabilities and a wealth of talent, it is an integrated research and production enterprise for plastic pipe processing. Located in the Xian Fengjing Industrial Park, covering an area of 30 mu (about 20,000 square meters), with a construction area of over 7,000 square meters, and an asset investment of 10 million yuan. The product types include various models of rigid polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC) pipes ranging from ∮20 to ∮200. The product quality meets the national GB/T10002.1-2006 standard and GB/T13664-2006 standard. In all regular and irregular inspections by the technical supervision department, our products have met the national standards. Among them, the burst pressure test of the pipes exceeds the national standard requirements by more than one-third. The Shaanxi Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau has awarded us the "Product Quality Compliance Certificate."
