I. Introduction:

This series of masterbatches imparts a natural pearl-like luster to the colored products, offering excellent decorative properties and being non-toxic. It is suitable for coloring resins such as PE, PP, and EVA, and is widely used in daily goods packaging and other decorative materials.

II. Main Technical Specifications:

  • Appearance: Uniform particle size, color, and good gloss
  • Dispersion: No color spots or streaks, does not affect subsequent processes
  • Heat Resistance: 150-220°C
  • Migration Resistance: ≥5 levels
  • Lightfastness: 4-8 levels

III. Usage Ratio and Method:

Mix the masterbatch with the base resin at a ratio of 1:25-50 (depending on specific product requirements) and use after thorough mixing.

This product complies with RoHS, PAHs, 16P phthalates, REACH (SVHC), and partially meets FDA standards.
