Light Transmission: Good light transmission performance, with a light transmittance of up to 88% for PC endurance boards.
Weather Resistance: The surface has a UV-resistant co-extruded layer that blocks ultraviolet rays from the sun, making the board resistant to aging and yellowing, thus demonstrating excellent weather resistance.
Sound Insulation: Excellent sound insulation performance, effectively reducing noise; it is suitable for highway sound barrier materials.
Impact Resistance: The impact strength of PC endurance boards is 250 to 300 times that of ordinary glass of the same thickness, 30 times that of acrylic, and 2 times that of tempered glass. It is known as "shatterproof glass" and is a material used for bulletproof glass manufacturing.
Flame Resistance: Tested according to national standard GB8624-2006, classified as difficult to ignite B1 grade, does not produce toxic gases when burning, self-extinguishes when away from fire, and does not promote the spread of flames.
Temperature Resistance: It will not deform or exhibit significant changes in mechanical and physical properties at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C; quality remains intact.
Lightweight: With a density only half that of ordinary glass, the endurance board saves costs in transportation, handling, installation, and supporting frames. Additionally, the board can be cold-bent, providing architects with greater design flexibility.
