I. Product Introduction
APF-3000 Pressure-sensitive reaction type self-adhesive polymer waterproof membrane (APF-3000) is a patented product independently developed by our company. It has been continuously designated as a technology achievement promotion project by the Ministry of Construction and has always been a key product for national key projects and municipal engineering since its launch.
Our company, which pursues excellence and continuous innovation, has collaborated with the American company VELORANTM to create a specially designed cross-laminated high-strength film that, when combined with our pressure-sensitive self-adhesive, brings a brand new upgrade to APF. It introduces a new generation of self-adhesive waterproof membrane in the waterproofing field. The strong double-layer laminated film and the cross-net structure design greatly enhance its tear resistance, dimensional stability, thermal stability, and ultraviolet resistance.
It employs a patented construction process using the wet laying method, which enables the membrane's pressure-sensitive self-adhesive to undergo a chemical reaction with the cement gel, generating a strong waterproof layer on the substrate. This layer detaches from the substrate to ensure full adhesion without water seepage, guaranteeing the durability and toughness of the waterproof layer.
II. Product Technology
The pressure-sensitive reactive self-adhesive is a new generation self-adhesive technology developed by our company that incorporates internationally advanced pressure-sensitive adhesive elements based on reactive self-adhesive technology. It has a unique bonding mechanism that enables good bonding effects on various substrates, and under external pressure, the bond with the substrate becomes stronger, fundamentally changing the risks associated with traditional bonding methods.
The bonding strength of traditional adhesives originates from the interaction between the adhesive and the substrate surface molecules, while the bonding strength of pressure-sensitive reactive self-adhesive comes not only from the interaction between the adhesive and the substrate surface molecules but also from the cohesion between the adhesive molecules, achieving a strong bond.
