Product Content

Category
Additives-Lubricants
Product Function
It integrates multiple functions including "increasing flowability, elongation, dispersion, compatibility, filler content, and eliminating surface fiber float".
Basic Properties
Solid particles or powder, density of 1.0-1.1 g/cm³, melting range of 160-180°C, heat-resistant, non-volatile.
Recommended dosage: 0.3-0.7wt%
Performance Features
(1) Low melt viscosity, non-volatile, initial thermal decomposition temperature near 300°C:
(2) Effectively reduces melt pressure and main motor current, improving melt flow and processing properties:
(3) Significantly improves the dispersion degree of pigments, fillers, or glass fibers in the system:
(4) Enhances the surface gloss of products, improves appearance, and eliminates sharkskin and fiber float phenomena.
(5) Increases filler loading ratio, reducing overall product costs.
Application Fields and Advantages
(1) Flow modifier for engineering plastics and their composites
HvPer C100 has strong wetting ability and good compatibility with various fillers (calcium carbonate, talcum powder, limestone, silica powder, glass microbeads), fibers (carbon fiber, glass fiber), stabilizers, flame retardants, release agents, and pigments. It can effectively suppress the "sharkskin" phenomenon in high-filler materials.
(2) Pigment dispersant
As a pigment dispersant (red, orange, yellow, black, blue, purple, etc.), adding only 0.2-1.0% of the material can produce color masterbatches with excellent dispersion, vibrant colors, and more realistic hues.
(3) Blending rheology modifier
A small addition amount can significantly improve resin flowability, melt index, and mechanical properties; reduce blending energy consumption and increase production capacity, and can significantly lower current or processing temperature by 10-20°C, achieving obvious energy savings.
Application Areas
(1) High-content glass fiber reinforced PA6/PA66;
(2) Glass fiber reinforced PP;
(3) Glass fiber reinforced PC/PBT/PET;
(4) Glass fiber reinforced ABS;
(5) Special applications: PVDF membranes (wastewater treatment), nylon spinning field, spray-free materials, etc.

About Us
Wuhan Hyperbranched Resin Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, Hubei Province. It was co-founded by doctors, post-doctors, and professors who returned from studying abroad at South China University of Technology. The company originated from Suzhou Haibote Resin Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 2008. It is the first national high-tech enterprise in China dedicated to the research, development, production, sales, and consultation of hyperbranched polymers. The company is a "3551" Optics Valley Talent Enterprise of the National East Lake High-tech, a national science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Hubei Province, and an "Optics Valley Gazelle" enterprise. The company has been granted two registered trademarks (17139953, 21835757) and has built the largest and most diverse production line for hyperbranched polymers in the country. It has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. The main products include hyperbranched epoxy resins, hyperbranched polyesters, hyperbranched unsaturated resins, hyperbranched polyamides, water-soluble resins or liquids (epoxy resins, curing agents, chlorinated polypropylene), and multifunctional monomer series products such as polythioethers, as well as multifunctional flow aids, lubricants, anti-floating fiber agents, compatibilizers, pigment dispersants, and plastic rheological agents for engineering plastics and general-purpose plastics. These products meet international environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH and are widely used by leading companies in the industry, including Kingfa Science & Technology, Times New Material, LG Electronics, and Changhong, in the preparation and modification of high-performance polymer materials such as plastics, coatings, pigments, and composites in the automotive, home appliance, aerospace, and wind power fields.
