Xiamen University School Of Chemistry And Chemical Engineering New Materials Pilot-Scale Production Base Project Breaks Ground
According to the official WeMedia account “Xinluo TV” of the Xinluo District Integrated Media Center in Longyan City, Fujian Province, the Xiamen University School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering New Materials Pilot-Scale Production Base Project broke ground on February 26 in the Xinluo District New Materials and New Energy Industrial Park.
The project covers a planned land area of 30 mu (approximately 2 hectares), with a total investment of RMB 110 million and a total construction area of approximately 16,000 square meters. It is invested in and constructed by Xinluo State-owned Assets Group, with core technological support provided by Xiamen University. Upon completion, the facility will focus on incubating pilot-scale projects in fields such as polymer materials, new energy materials, and catalysts, leveraging the park’s mature infrastructure and industrial land to bridge the critical gap from laboratory research to large-scale production.
