Pakistan Announces 20.47% Punitive Tariff On China PVC Resin!
On January 2, 2026, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan announced its decision to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on Suspension Grade Polyvinyl Chloride Resin (PVC) originating from or exported from Mainland China, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan Province of China for a period of three years.
The anti-dumping duty rates imposed on exporters/producers from mainland China range from 3.44% to 20.47%.

The case involves products under Pakistan tax code 3904.1090.
This anti-dumping duty does not apply to polyvinyl chloride resin used solely for the export products of Pakistan, and to polyvinyl chloride resin required for foreign donation aid projects and other tariff exemption projects.
