Core Exhibits · Empowering Thousands of Industries

  • Polypropylene (PP) can be processed by methods such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and hollow molding, and is widely used in industries including textiles, packaging, home appliances, automotive, and construction.

  • High-pressure low-density polyethylene (LDPE): primarily used in films, packaging bags, injection-molded products, foamed materials, and the cable industry.

  • Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE): mainly used for making films, injection molded products, rotomolded products, and wire and cable jacketing materials.

  • High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is suitable for various plastic molding methods. Injection molding is used to produce a wide range of daily-use containers such as basins, buckets, and baskets, as well as household goods and furniture. Blow molding is employed to manufacture bottles, drums, cans, and industrial tanks or containers. Extrusion molding is used to produce pipes, monofilaments, and other similar products.

  • Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE): primarily used downstream in cables of various voltage levels.

  • Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE): applied in multiple fields: aerospace components, defense and military ballistic protection equipment, corrosion-resistant pipes, marine industry cables and fishing nets, lithium battery separators, artificial joints, etc.

  • Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA): photovoltaic encapsulant (used in photovoltaic cell modules and various optical products), foam shoe materials (used in mid-to-high-end tourism shoes, hiking shoes, slippers, sandals, shoe soles and interior materials, as well as in sound insulation boards, gymnastics mats, and sealing materials), wires and cables (widely used in halogen-free flame-retardant cables, semiconductor shielded cables, and two-step silane cross-linked cables), hot melt adhesives (used in book wireless binding, furniture edge banding, assembly of automobiles and household appliances, shoe making, carpet coating, and metal corrosion protection coatings).

  • Polycarbonate (PC): Mainly applicable in fields such as optical lighting, electronics and electrical appliances, automotive, construction, and packaging; it can also be blended with other resins to form plastic alloys to meet specific application requirements.

  • Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA): mainly applied in optical lighting, advertising display, transportation, architectural decoration, and packaging fields.

  • Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer (SAN): The largest application areas are household appliances, office equipment, transportation, consumer goods, toys, and building materials. Additionally, they are used in packaging, furniture, sports and entertainment products, and mechanical and instrumentation industries.

  • Solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber / polybutadiene rubber (SSBR/BR): primarily used in high-performance tires, footwear, conveyor belts, and other rubber industrial products.

  • C5 Hydrocarbon Resin: Primarily functions as a tackifier in hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives. It exhibits excellent solubility, compatibility, adhesion, water resistance, weather resistance, and thermal stability. It is highly compatible with vegetable oils, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, plasticizers, and natural resins.

  • Hydrogenated DCPD Resin: Used in pressure-sensitive adhesives and hot-melt adhesives, especially suitable for applications with high requirements for color and odor, such as medical and hygiene products, nonwoven fabrics, and automotive interior components. It appears as colorless, transparent pellets with low volatile content.

  • Polyester (PET): Bottle-grade chips are widely used in various fields such as beverages, edible oils, and cosmetics, and their application in heat-formed food packaging, electronic packaging, and medical packaging is also growing rapidly; polyester film can be widely used in printing, packaging, electrical insulation, construction, and optical fields.
