New Land Rover Range Rover Sport Spied, Set for 2027 Launch
Recently, Car Quality Network obtained a set of test photos of the new Range Rover Sport from overseas media. The new model is a mid-cycle facelift version, with details optimized, and an electric vehicle version is also being developed in parallel. It is reported that the car may be officially unveiled in 2027.

From the exposed photos, the overall outline continues the classic luxurious and rugged lines of the Range Rover family. The core change in the front part is focused on the headlight units, which are expected to adopt a new internal lamp chamber design, offering a more refined visual effect. The contour of the grille and the internal slats have also been slightly adjusted, further emphasizing the luxurious feel. The air intake openings on both sides of the front bumper have been increased in size, adding more sportsmanship to the front of the vehicle.

The rear of the vehicle is expected to adopt the latest family-style full-width taillight design and may incorporate illuminated "Range Rover" lettering, significantly enhancing its nighttime recognition. The rear bumper design will be slightly adjusted, with flatter reflectors, and the exposed exhaust layout will continue to emphasize its sporty attributes.

In terms of powertrain, the new Land Rover Range Rover Sport will retain the current powertrain configuration: a 3.0-liter inline-six turbocharged engine delivering a maximum output of 400 PS and peak torque of 550 N·m, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.5 seconds. For more information on the new model, Cheshi.com will continue to monitor and report.
