Nanjing Klonwell Opens New Factory!
Recently, Nanjing Kelongwei Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. new modern chemical factory has been fully put into operation.
Its core positioning is to address the key pain points of the current plastic pelletizing industry and to assist the industry in achieving a transformation towards efficiency, precision, and environmental friendliness.

It is understood that the commissioning of the new factory has enabled the company to achieve a leap in production capacity, upgrading from a previous single-unit prototyping model to a clustered industrial mass production model.
New factory has introduced a high-torque, high-speed co-rotating twin-screw extruder cluster assembly line.
Scaling up has also led to improvements in technical performance. For standard models processing LDPE and HDPE materials, the stability of single-machine output has increased by 25%, and the unit energy consumption has decreased by about 30% compared to traditional equipment.
Colnwell has established a national service network and maintains sufficient spare parts inventory to support the stable operation of production lines for grain processing enterprises across the country.
