According to CCTV News, on March 5, a spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces’ Khatam al-Anbiya Central Command stated that the U.S. aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln was struck by an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy drone in the Arabian Sea, approximately 340 kilometers from Iran’s maritime boundary. The aircraft carrier and its accompanying destroyer promptly withdrew and have since moved more than 1,000 kilometers away from the area.
