Yogurt cups are typical and common thin-walled containers, with extremely thin walls; at the same time, customers have high expectations for the molding cycle—meaning that this "all-rounder" mold must have the capability to achieve stable molding under high-speed and high-pressure conditions. Ensuring the mold's balance, avoiding the risk of nozzle flash, dealing with potential insufficient clamping force, and consistently maintaining stable and continuous production, undoubtedly became the daunting challenges that Borson had to face at the initial stage of the project.

Given the outstanding performance of Husky's hot runners in previous projects, Boraison chose to collaborate with Husky again to jointly overcome technical challenges and develop this highly valuable and representative yogurt cup stack mold.
