Haitian, Yizhi Mi Shine Brightly, China Plastics Machinery Manufacturing Sparkles at 2025 Turkey Rubber and Plastics Exhibition

At this exhibition, Haitian International showcased three machines from the Changfeiya and Haitian brands, centered around the theme of "High Speed, Packaging, Efficiency." The event featured a complete forming solution for high-speed packaging products such as yogurt buckets, bucket lids, and thin-walled bowls.

The Changfei Asia ZE3000F-1100h injection molding machine, paired with the V1300GD high-speed robot, demonstrated the production of 1 out of 2 liter yogurt buckets through injection molding, with a production cycle of only 4.6 seconds. This showcases the extreme performance of high-speed and high-efficiency, meeting the stringent demands of the Turkish market for fast-moving consumer goods packaging.

The simultaneously exhibited Haitian MA3800H/PRO injection molding machine is also equipped with the V1300GD high-speed robotic arm, focusing on the production of 1-liter bucket lids, achieving high-quality and large-scale production of lid packaging products.

Another Haitian MA2100V/h injection molding machine collaborates with the V1100GD high-speed robot to produce 0.5-liter bowl products, further enhancing the comprehensive coverage of the packaging sector. The three solutions form a complete product line display from bowls to lids and then to buckets, intuitively showcasing Haitian's comprehensive solution capabilities in the packaging field.

Yizumi

The A6 series high-end intelligent injection molding machines provide better injection molding solutions for customers with four core value propositions: intelligence, precision, green energy-saving, and high efficiency. The UN165V3R vertical injection molding machine is compatible with "one up, two down" molds, effectively reducing product pick-and-place time, shortening production cycles, and thus enhancing overall capacity while ensuring easy operation. Shenda Machinery showcased two star injection molding machines, DP650 and UN180, with live demonstrations at the exhibition. The two machines brought by Shenda Machinery became the focus of the event due to their "high cost-effectiveness + customized adaptation" advantages.

The DP350 specializes in small to medium-sized fruit crates, forming in one piece without seams, with smooth edges on the finished product, stable load-bearing, and resistant to drops and wear. It is suitable for fruit and vegetable storage and transportation scenarios. Equipped with an efficient injection molding system, production efficiency is increased by 15%, precisely meeting the packaging needs of the local agricultural processing and logistics industry.

The UN180 plastic sealing clip's "precision quick-hand," focuses on the production of plastic sealing clips, with precision injection molding and high-speed forming, achieving "second-level output" with tight fasteners and uniform appearance. It is suitable for bulk orders in the food packaging and daily necessities industries, offering easy operation that is favored by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

ELS400 Electric High-Speed Thin-Wall Packaging Special Machine: Widely used in the fields of food, medical, cosmetics, optics, and electronics, equipped with high-drive servo motors and servo hydraulic technology. The injection unit is configured with linear guides, offering low resistance and low energy consumption. The mold opening and closing speed exceeds 1500mm/s, and the injection speed reaches up to 500mm/s, meeting the production requirements for high-quality, high-precision, and ultra-thin products.

PTA320 servo energy-saving injection molding machine: A brand new upgrade based on the mature and reliable Lijin POTENZA series injection molding machine, covering the injection part, clamping structure, hydraulic system, and electronic control unit, among other software and hardware configurations. Plasticizing efficiency is increased by 10%, mold opening repeatability is ±0.5mm, and product weight repeatability is 2‰. The entire series comes standard with CNC backpressure, upgraded injection structure, comprehensively upgraded screw plasticizing components, newly optimized lubrication system, deeply optimized template structure, and newly designed plasticizing cylinder device, meeting the production and process requirements of various industries.
