Graphmatech launches graphene-enhanced fdm filament and sls powder

Plastmatch Global Digest 2026-03-06 12:00:21

Graphmatech has launched an upgraded solution platform for industrial 3D printing, designed for the preparation of high-performance conductive, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protective, and reinforced polymer materials.

As additive manufacturing continues to move beyond prototyping, industrial users’ demand for materials that combine structural strength with controllable electrical properties is growing steadily. Leveraging this new platform, the company has integrated its graphene-enhanced FDM filament and SLS powder product portfolios, specifically developed for functional additive manufacturing.

The platform highlights specialized materials suitable for high-temperature electrostatic protection, conductivity, mechanical reinforcement, and harsh industrial environments.

High-temperature ESD consumables for the electronics industry

One of the platform's newly added core products is AROS PPS ESD—a high-temperature, anti-static 3D printing filament specifically developed for electronics manufacturing and demanding operating conditions.

Its thermal stability can reach 250 °C, and it has intrinsic flame retardant properties, enabling static discharge protection in scenarios where traditional anti-static materials cannot be used. Typical applications include electronic assembly fixtures, curing jigs, welding supports, and components that work near heat sources.

This material fills the gap in the market for high-temperature ESD materials suitable for industrial 3D printing.

Functional components using conductive PVDF

Graphmatech launches AROS PVDF Conductive, which has a conductivity of up to 10-20 S/m, suitable for integrated resistive heating elements, conductive functional housings, and lightweight conductive structures, rather than just for static control.

For applications requiring both flexibility and electrostatic discharge protection, AROS PVDF ESD maintains impact resistance and chemical resistance while achieving controllable surface resistivity.

Structural components with enhanced materials

Graphmatech's reinforced material series includes AROS ASA Reinforced and AROS PPS Reinforced, which significantly enhance tensile strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability while ensuring stable printing performance.

These materials are specifically developed for structural components requiring stringent load-bearing performance and industrial-grade durability.

The solution platform also includes AROS PA11 and PA12 ESD SLS powders. Leveraging the company’s graphene-based surface coating technology, these powders achieve controllable conductivity without the need for free additives, improving powder handling and process stability.

This technology can achieve safe anti-static selective laser sintering in industrial production environments.

With its new solution platform, Graphmatech further focuses on functional additive manufacturing – material design that not only considers printability but also emphasizes performance under actual working conditions.

Graphmatech will provide industrial customers with advanced conductive and reinforced 3D printing materials and technical support tailored for demanding applications.
