400,000-Ton Large-Scale Modified Plastic New Base Breaks Ground

Recently, Nansha District in Guangzhou held a centralized groundbreaking ceremony for projects launched in the first quarter, including the Polytech Plastic Modification Materials South China Headquarters and R&D Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project.

The project is constructed by Guangdong Puli Technology New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puli. The total area of the project is 146 acres, and it is planned to be developed in two phases with an investment of no less than 1 billion yuan.

After reaching full production capacity, the annual industrial output value is expected to exceed RMB 3 billion, with a total production capacity of approximately 400,000 tons.

Phase One

Focusing on modified materials for automotive wires, mainly producing modified plastic products for the automotive field, including modified PP, PA, ABS, and PC alloy types of automotive wire modified plastic products, serving the automotive industry chain.

Phase II of the Project

Key areas of focus are high-end new materials, with the main production of modified plastics for emerging industries, including modified PEEK, modified PPS, liquid crystal polymers (LCP), and carbon fiber reinforced materials. The target is the low-altitude economy and humanoid robot industries. The plan is to introduce modified plastic products for the low-altitude economy supply chain, humanoid robots, and home appliances, and to promote the deep integration of material science and intelligent manufacturing.
