From February 26 to 27, 2026, the Huijin Group Global Open Day - Thailand event was successfully held in Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi Province, Thailand. Through technical demonstrations and in-depth exchanges, the event attracted hundreds of customers and industry partners from ASEAN countries, offering a comprehensive display of Huijin's leading solutions in die casting, injection molding, and CNC machining, further highlighting the group's localized service capabilities in Thailand and the ASEAN market through a diversified equipment portfolio.

The roots of LK Group in Thailand date back to 2007, when LK Thailand Branch was officially established, marking an important starting point for the group's layout in the ASEAN market. Over the past 19 years, LK Group has been rooted in Thailand, focusing on local market development. The company has cultivated a local service team with strong technical expertise and rich experience, and has built a deep trust relationship with numerous partners in industries such as automotive and motorcycle parts, new energy, 3C electronics, home appliances, and hardware plumbing. This has formed a service network and customer base covering major industrial areas throughout Thailand. In 2024, LK Group increased its investment in the Thailand facility, doubling the area of the Chonburi factory. The warehouse capacity for spare parts and the scale of equipment display have also been enhanced. Meanwhile, in response to localized needs in Thailand and the ASEAN market, LK has introduced multiple specialized models, including die casting machines, injection molding machines, and CNC machining centers, offering more precise product configurations to meet the diverse production needs of regional customers.

Thailand Lixin Chonburi factory has a standardized spare parts warehouse center that maintains inventory of commonly used consumables and core components for three categories: die casting machines, injection molding machines, and CNC machining centers. An information management system ensures that routine spare parts can be delivered to major industrial areas in Thailand as quickly as possible. In case of emergencies, a rapid response mechanism can be activated to minimize customers' downtime losses.

The injection molding machine exhibition area became another major highlight of the event. LK showcased several models, including the ELETTRICA series of high-efficiency all-electric injection molding machines and the POTENZA series of servo-energy-saving injection molding machines. These machines, renowned for their high precision, rapid response, and significant energy-saving performance, precisely meet the growing demands of ASEAN’s precision electronics, medical, and packaging industries. On-site technical staff conducted live demonstrations to vividly illustrate the machines’ stability and production efficiency under complex operating conditions.

Regarding the post-processing requirements for complex parts, the LK CNC machining center exhibition area focused on showcasing the MV-1050 vertical machining center, VM-2 vertical machining center, TC710 high-speed drilling and tapping center, as well as multi-axis linkage processing solutions. To address the challenges of subsequent processing of integrated die-casting parts, LK provided a "turnkey" solution from raw material to finished product, demonstrating its technical depth in precision processing of complex components.

During the open day, Liangjing Group secured multiple on-site signings, covering both spot purchases and future orders. Several customers from the automotive, motorcycle, 3C electronics, and sanitary ware industries completed the signing of multiple die casting machines and CNC machining centers on-site. Some of the equipment were delivered immediately, while others were pre-ordered for future capacity expansion. These series of signings not only demonstrated the customers' high recognition of the performance and stability of Liangjing's equipment, but also reflected the strong demand for intelligent and precision equipment in the manufacturing sector of ASEAN.

This Thailand Open Day was not merely a product display but also a vivid demonstration of LKM Group’s strategy of “technology empowerment + localization services.” At the event, LKM Group’s technical expert team engaged in in-depth discussions with customers and provided customized process optimization recommendations tailored to the specific needs of the local market.

The successful hosting of LKM Group’s Open Day in Thailand has not only further solidified its market position in the region but also injected fresh momentum into the technological upgrading and sustainable development of local manufacturing. Moving forward, LKM will continue collaborating with global partners, leveraging innovative products and agile services to support high-quality development of ASEAN manufacturing.
