Turkey Imposes Five-Year Anti-Dumping Duty of 7.37% on Chinese Polystyrene (PS) Imports
On November 12, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/37, making a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on polystyrene originating from mainland China, Taiwan, India, South Korea, Russia, and Thailand. It decided to impose an anti-dumping duty on the products involved for a period of five years at a rate based on the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value (see attached table), with a tax rate of 7.37% for mainland China. The measures take effect from the date of the announcement.

On May 14, 2024, Turkey initiated an anti-dumping investigation into polystyrene originating from mainland China, Taiwan, India, South Korea, Russia, and Thailand.
