The meeting was presided over by Vice President Chen Wei.

Seminar and Discussion: First Batch of Projects Reaches Consensus on Project Establishment
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Chen Wei systematically reviewed the progress of the project between both parties. Since the signing of the cooperation agreement for the joint research center, both sides have focused on the core development needs of Multidimension Company, carefully refined the cooperation guidelines, and strictly followed the standardized process of "releasing guidelines - project application - project review," initially selecting 6 candidate projects.
To ensure the technological advancement, feasibility of the proposed solutions, economic viability of the product, and market foresight of the project, the secretariat has mobilized multiple forces, including technical experts from Doflo Company and renowned experts in the fluorochemical field. These experts have engaged in multiple rounds of comprehensive in-depth discussions and professional reviews, focusing on core dimensions such as technological principles, research pathways, and industrialization value.

At the meeting, project leaders gave detailed reports on the expected outcomes, latest progress, and next steps for their respective projects. After listening to the project reports, experts engaged in discussions on key issues such as technical route optimization and industrialization feasibility. Yan Chunsheng, Chief Engineer of Do-Fluoride Chemicals, expressed his anticipation for the continued deepening of cooperation between the two parties. He emphasized that the collaboration is not a one-way project commission but a two-way integration that strengthens technology co-construction and resource sharing. He suggested achieving deep integration of "industry, academia, research, and application" through jointly conducting design, pilot-scale testing, and engineering projects. He also proposed focusing on the mid-term milestones and acceptance criteria of the projects, establishing clear phased goals and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the quality and efficiency of project implementation.
, General Manager of Zhongning Silicon Industry, Yu Hehua and Liu Haixia, Deputy General Managers of Fluorine-based Company, Xue Fengfeng, Head of the R&D Department, and Feng Haibing, Researcher, along with other experts, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed projects based on project acceptance and outcome forms, technical indicators and process integrity, product benchmarking and market orientation, raw material supply and industrial chain security, and equipment and laboratory construction, combining with industrial reality, and provided suggestions for further improving the feasibility of the projects.
Following meeting discussions, the four engineering project led by Professor Yan Shouke, Professor Feng Junting, Professor Han Jingbin, and Associate Professor Fan Guoli have all met the project establishment criteria and officially entered the contract signing and implementation preparation phase.

During the meeting, Professor Lin Zhang, Researcher Kong Xianggui, Professor Sun Xiaoli, and Researcher Guo Xiaoxiao presented their respective work related to fluorine chemistry, providing new ideas for further in-depth cooperation and the establishment of a second batch of engineering projects.

Future Outlook
Jointly Explore New Development Paths for Fluorine-Based New Materials
Yang Huachun, a director of Do-Fluoride Chemicals, fully affirmed the previous work of both parties and the substantial progress made at this meeting. He stated that Do-Fluoride Chemicals will give full play to its advantages in the industrialization of fluorine resources, maintain an open mind, integrate the resources of both parties, fully support the establishment of a pilot production line within the company, and jointly build the cooperative project into an industry model.
Academician Duan Xue summarized the meeting, highly commending the progress of the first batch of projects and the efficient collaboration between the two teams. Academician Duan Xue pointed out that the Joint Engineering Research Center, leveraging the unique strengths of both parties, has formed an innovative model of "seamless docking and rapid output," significantly enhancing cooperation efficiency and effectiveness. He expressed hope that both parties would continue to deepen cooperation, utilizing the Joint Engineering Research Center as a platform to foster more innovative ideas and collaborative achievements, thereby making significant contributions to the development of the fluorine-based new materials industry.

The convening of this meeting has not only laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the Phase I engineering projects but also enriched the dimensions and expanded the horizons for the initiation of the second batch of projects, injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the Joint Engineering Research Center. Moving forward, both parties will further strengthen communication, establish long-term collaborative mechanisms, and maintain close technical alignment to ensure the high-efficiency and high-quality implementation of the Phase I projects, contributing greater strength to innovation and industrialization in the field of fluorine-based new materials.
