Resonant Bloom, Product Reigns Supreme! FCS Group Successfully Concludes Chinaplas 2026!
Successfully concluded! With a four-day exhibition period, the Fushengxin booth (4.1C56) remained highly popular, with multiple key exhibits attracting significant attention from domestic and international professionals.

At this exhibition, FCS unveiled its innovative new product—the SA series of compact injection molding machines—and simultaneously showcased its fifth-generation FB-R series multi-component injection molding machines, CT-R series all-electric multi-component injection molding machines, and FA series precision injection molding machines, building a multi-dimensional product portfolio centered on "space efficiency + technological depth."
The SA series short-frame injection molding machine was the star product of this year's exhibition. Addressing the industry-wide challenge of continuously rising land and factory rental costs, Fu Chun Shin conducted in-depth market research and launched the all-new SA series. While strictly maintaining core performance metrics—such as clamping force, injection precision, and operational stability—without any compromise, this model achieves a 15% to 20% reduction in machine length compared to conventional machines of the same specifications, truly embodying the concept of “less in size, more in performance.” At the exhibition, Fu Chun Shin showcased two SA-350 high-speed short-frame injection molding machines simultaneously at its own booth and at Jinghua’s booth (4.1F78), each integrated with an IML (In-Mold Labeling) system. They demonstrated live production of bubble tea cups (7.5-second cycle time) and milk powder caps (22-second cycle time), impressing attendees with their highly efficient and stable performance. Both exhibited machines were sold on-site!

Thanks to its highly competitive portfolio of innovative products and integrated solutions, the FCS booth maintained consistently strong engagement throughout the exhibition, with on-site signings and indicative deals steadily increasing. According to the group’s on-site signing data collected during the exhibition, the FCS team successfully secured customer orders spanning multiple high-growth niche sectors—including automotive parts manufacturing, precision medical consumables processing, and intelligent packaging production line upgrades—achieving a cumulative on-site signing value exceeding RMB 36 million. This record-breaking signing value, coupled with strong on-site sales of exhibition machines, marks an excellent start for FCS as it further intensifies market vitality in 2026.

After the exhibition, some overseas clients specially visited Fushengxin's intelligent factory in the Qianbei New District of Ningbo. General Manager Gao Shengshan welcomed the overseas clients in the conference center and gave a detailed introduction about the overall planning of the Qianbei New District.
Mr. Gao pointed out that the Qianwan New Plant has a total investment of approximately USD 46 million, covers an area of about 100 mu (approx. 66,667 square meters), and features a total construction area of 97,800 square meters. It is designed to produce 2,000 specialized injection molding machines annually. The new plant primarily manufactures large-scale two-platen injection molding machines with clamping forces exceeding 500 tons, as well as large multi-component injection molding machines—specialized equipment that fully supports the Group’s strategic deployment in high-end equipment and specialized injection molding machines. It serves as a critical pillar for FOBIN’s deepening presence in the mainland China market and its accelerated international expansion.

Then, General Manager Gao led a team to enter the factory area, carefully visiting the precision machining workshop, the digital production line, and the intelligent automated storage and logistics system.
Through on-site observation and face-to-face technical exchanges, overseas customers gained a more direct and profound understanding of the group's comprehensive strength in intelligent manufacturing, lean production, and stringent quality control, laying a solid foundation of technical and production capacity trust for future deepened overseas cooperation.

As CHINAPLAS 2026 successfully concluded, FCS Group once again showcased its hardcore strength of "space conservation and smart manufacturing upgrade" driven by technological innovation to the global rubber and plastics industry. Moving forward, FCS will continue to put the needs of customers at the core, joining hands with global partners to explore new paths for high-quality development in the injection molding field, continuously empowering the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
